We have 3 Arduino UNO (let's call them S1,S4 and S5)  and 1 Arduino Mega (Master Mega).
- S1 should measure voltage on A0-A5 and send the data via 485 to Mega
- S4 should measure voltage on A0, discrete state D5 (0 or +5V) and frequency on D8 and send the data via 485 to Mega.
- S5 the same as S4- should measure voltage on A0, and frequency on D8 and send the data via 485 to Mega.
Mega should receive the data through 485 and generate the output signal- the same as it comes to S1, S4, S5
we need modifications to the programs as now all works but unstable - the frequency counter can hang out. and frequency measuring isn't accurate now
