Preciso ativar a função multisite em um blog wordpress com servidor vps (sem cpnel,sem whm e sem phpmyadmin)

quando tem esses softwares consigo ativar em 3 minutos, mas na vps não consegui.

No servidor tenho uma pasta:
"blog"
e uma pasta:
"multi"

Não consegui descobrir onde coloco os trechos de códigos no Wp-confgi e no .htaccess

Sim! O trabalho é só esse.
