O classificado  de veículos já existe. O design é antigo (HD), css, html bem confusos. Necessário organizar e atualizar, especialmente para dispositivos móveis.
O sistema é PHP puro com MySql.
Preciso alterar algumas funcionalidades do site (PHP), mas podemos fazer isso em seguida.
A atualização tecnológica basicamente é o layout mesmo.

Organizar estrutura visual (css, html etc) de um classificado de veículos, tratar especialmente para dispositivos móveis. Objetivos: melhorar aspecto visual, organizar e facilitar manutenção, melhorar desempenho do site, seja no carregamento, bem como para leitura do Google.
