Automate a simple film distribution workflow: Film Distribution Automation Workflow
Phase 1: Initial Client Distribution
1.    Trigger: Film files marked "Upload Complete" in Monday.com
o    Tools: Monday.com API auto-detects status change
2.    Action: Distribute to Pay1 Clients
o    Auto-send secure links/watermarked screeners via email (Client database integration)
o    Log sent dates in Airtable/Google Sheet (Film ID + Client ID + Timestamp)
3.    Wait Period: 30 days
o    Automated countdown timer starts in Monday.com
o    System pings clients at days 7/14/21 via email for status updates
Phase 2: Secondary Distribution
4.    Post-Wait Action:
o    If no Pay1 response by day 30:
a. Auto-upload to owned platforms (Website/vod via api)
b. Distribute to 3rd-party platforms (FilmHub, Vimeo OTT, etc.)
O    If Pay1 accepts: Pause workflow for contract finalization
5.    Second Wait Period: 30 days
o    Track platform performance metrics (Views/Revenue)
Phase 3: Reporting & Analytics
6.    Auto-Generate Reports:
o    Platform distribution map (Owned vs. Third-Party vs. Pay1)
o    Performance metrics per film/producer
o    Rights availability status
o    Compiled into PDF/Google Slides (Branded template)
7.    Notifications:
o    Auto-email reports to producers
o    Update Monday.com dashboard with real-time status
