Banking Consultant Needed to Open Corporate Account with Ktt & Telex Capability for Mt-103/199 Transactions

We are seeking a banking consultant or specialist with experience in setting up corporate bank accounts that are capable of handling ktt transfers, swift mt-103/mt-199 messaging, and telex communication.

The account must support the following process and features:

Required Banking Process Support:
Issuance of a Corporate PGL from the issuing bank to be signed and stamped by the receiving party.
Agreement on window time for transfers between parties.
Advance MT199 telex notice from the issuing bank to the receiving bank (we will specify the telex code).
KTT confirmation from the receiving bank stating readiness to receive funds.
Execution of ktt mt-103 transfers (for both initial test and full transaction tranches).
Transfer receipts shared by both banks’ officers.
Receiving bank to initiate mt-103 swift wire transfers to designated beneficiary accounts within 72 banking hours.
Provision of SWIFT confirmations from Party B to Party A for all wire transfers.
Availability of a Telex Code to perform connectivity and communication tests between both banks.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and help establish a bank account capable of these operations (preferably in a Tier 1 or trusted banking jurisdiction).
Confirm that the selected bank supports KTT (Key Tested Telex) messaging and Telex code usage for interbank communication.
Assist in preparing the necessary documentation and liaison with bank officers to meet all procedural and compliance requirements.
Provide confirmation and verification of the bank’s ability to execute this specific process (in writing).
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with international banking, trade finance, or interbank communications.
Understanding of swift, mt-103, mt-199, and ktt transfer protocols.
Access to or established relationships with banks that issue/receive MT messages and operate via Telex.
Proven record of setting up accounts for high-value or institutional transactions.
Deliverables:
Bank confirmation of capability to handle process steps III to X.
Account opened and ready to perform Mt199, ktt mt-103, and wire transfers as per agreement.
Telex code acquired and tested with counterpart bank.
Documentation and contact details for relevant bank officers.

Budget: $300 Plus a comission of the first successful transaction.
Timeline: Immediate start, must be completed within 7 days.
