Hello! I'm currently looking to hire a part-time virtual assistant to help me grow my business! About me: My name is Mary and I've been a marketing freelancer, remote worker on Upwork for the last 4+ years. I primarily run lead generating Facebook advertising campaigns for a wide range of small businesses for clients in the US and Canada. In other words, I give businesses the right exposure online and connect new potential customers/clients with these businesses -- the business makes the sale after that.

This is my specialty and I LOVE what I do! Here's what I'm looking for specifically: >>Someone ready to learn and who is tech savvy. She/he doesn't need to know the programs I use;
I will train if needed. But here are the ones I use every day: Facebook Ad Manager, Business Manager, Power Editor, Unbounce, LeadPages, Clickfunnels, Zapier, Mailchimp, Aweber, Google Apps.

She/he doesn't want to be in a support role forever, but is really interested in learning and move up in his/her career. As I grow my biz, this role also has the potential to grow as well with your skillset and interests!
>>Efficient and likes to find things to automate. Believes in working smarter not harder.


>>Obviously location-independent and can work whenever -- I'm not specific on timezone. I don't like to work weekends and evenings and I definitely won't expect you to either (unless you like to). My only request is that we come up with reasonable and realistic deadlines for both of us to meet.

Here are the type of tasks that likely will be needed:
>>Data entry.
>>Uploading ad copy and images to Facebook ad manager.
>>Initial landing page creation/design with direction by me. I mainly need the skeleton created at first and then I'll finesse it.
>>Program/service/third-party integrations (i.e. Mailchimp, Zapier, Unbounce, LeadPages, Clickfunnels, Google Apps).
>>Light emailing.
>>Light/basic video editing via iMovie or any other video editing program.
>>Simple ad graphic creation via Canva or any other service you like to use. It would be basic text overlay on images and sizing.
>>Online research.

Time and pay: At first, this will be part-time (maybe 5-8 hours per week or a monthly package of some sort?). I'm open to all rates (hourly or package). I'm definitely willing to pay more for the right fit! This will probably be just supporting me at first, but there likely will be a bunch that I will need help in my clients' biz soon too.

So this is something perfect for a freelancer, someone in-between jobs, etc, who potentially has interest in taking on more work as we grow even more. I'm really in search of an awesome assistant I like, trust and who can hopefully be my right hand gal/guy eventually!
