Calling Hours – 3 hours to 5 hours during office hours on the respective dates.
1. Our CEO is traveling to Taipei and will be meeting multiple agents or companies in their office or at the hotel business lounge of one of the 5 Star Hotels in your city.
2. Our goal is to fix appointments for the CEO, for which you need to call these companies/agents, we want you to get in touch with the highest authority who makes all the decisions.
3. We will be providing the calling script and the calling sheet with the list of companies you would be calling.
4. For example if on day one you reach only half the number of companies in the list, you follow up with the other half next day.
5. For example, on day 1 if you do not reach to the concerned person on phone you should take down the email address and phone number of the concerned person/ceo/director/highest decision making person. Also take down the name, contact info and the email address of the person you are talking to. Email and Phone is a must as we need to send a confirmation email.
6. Once you reach the concerned person, fix up an appointment as per the date and time given to you. Allot the company the date and time and send a confirmation email, that their meeting is confirmed.
7. On last 5 days of the calling, these will be the follow up and reminder calls for people who are willing to meet our CEO, you are expected to call all the people 1 day prior to the meeting reminding them about the time of meeting next day.
8. We will also be giving a bonus for each and every appointment confirmed.Category
