We are seeking a talented and bilingual 2D animator for a freelance project focused on creating engaging content for elementary school-aged children. The project requires a creative professional capable of developing original character designs based on provided reference concept sheets. The primary deliverable will be a high-quality 30-60 second animated clip. This is a work-for-hire agreement, and the ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience with children's animation, excellent character design skills, and the ability to bring stories to life in a fun and educational manner.
