We are seeking a highly motivated and Bilingual Appointment Setter freelancer (English and Spanish) to join our team for an outbound calling and appointment coordination project. This role is crucial for contacting businesses, professionally introducing our services, gathering essential information, and efficiently coordinating appointments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with cold calling and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. This is a remote collaboration, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. We are particularly interested in candidates from Latin America who are fluent in both languages, as the project involves extensive communication with Spanish-speaking contacts. Responsibilities include: Conducting outbound calls to a diverse range of businesses. Introducing company services in a professional and persuasive manner. Gathering relevant information from potential clients. Identifying potential contacts, potentially utilizing tools like Google Maps for research. Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of appointments for our sales team. Accurately tracking call outcomes and maintaining detailed notes. Requirements for this role: Demonstrated fluency in both Spanish and English, with clear and confident communication abilities. Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting. A strong comfort level and professional demeanor when speaking with new people over the phone. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with digital tools for tracking and documentation, such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
