Position: Appointment Setter for Low Voltage Cabling and Security Company (100% Remote)
Our team is seeking a dedicated remote appointment setter to join a growing low-voltage cabling company specializing in phone systems, security cameras, and televisions, based out of California, USA. This part-time position entails a 20-hour work week. Your primary duty will be cold calling businesses, particularly those in the retail and commercial sectors, that might be interested in enhancing their phone systems, security, or entertainment setups.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to retail/commercial businesses to introduce our phone, security and television solutions, aiming to schedule an appointment for our sales team to visit the location at a later time.
- Conduct a minimum of 40 outbound calls daily.
- Educate potential clients on the advantages and features of our phones, security cameras, television systems, and cabling solutions. Selling over the phone will be minimal, the goal is to set up an appointment for the Sales Rep to visit the location at a later date.
- Schedule appointments to the team calendar and oversee appointments through the CRM for interested leads with the sales team.
- Establish and refine systems and methods to boost call effectiveness and appointments booked.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales/cold calling with US-based businesses.
- Prior exposure to the security or electronics sector is an advantage, though not obligatory.
