Olá, eu preciso de um bot para telegram que faça a criação de boletim diário de COVID-19.
Eu sou iniciante  em python e não estou conseguindo criar por falta de conhecimento

EX: novos_casos = str(input("Digite o valor de novos casos:",))
      casos_confirmados = str(input("Digite o valor de total de casos confirmados: "))

No final ele gere um arquivo pdf ou uma imagem.Jpg ou png, com todos os dados que funcionário inseriu

em anexo está o modelo do boletim que no final tem que ser gerado pelo o bot.
