Boutik Condos is an exciting new condo development on Sterling Road in Toronto City. With neighbouring communities (Roncy, High Park, The Junction) redefining the once blue-collar industrial area into a hip, bohemian convergence of artists and all manner of creatives, Boutik is the Apex of major new elevated development. musts for the final piece: 1. Have a Concept This should be more than a collection of B-Roll shots of the neighbourhood. We want to see a strong concept that fits the narrative for our vision. This is a teaser, so it has to entice the audience to get to know more about the project. 2. Unify/polish your assets Whether you’re using our own footage, stock or motion graphics, make sure everything looks part of the same family and has a consistent quality level. 3. Make it Bold When in doubt, go cinematic. We strongly encourage a dramatic edit that keeps the audience interested, but also leaves space for the shots to breathe. 4. Location, location, location This teaser is all about selling the neighbourhood. The audience should fall in love with what they see. Make them say “I want to live there”.
