A Boxing Collectible Card Game will for the base of the project, with the possibility of developing further if initially successful.
The game had a full design document I am happy to share, and has a few USPs:

Diminishing stamina pool (reverse of Hearthstone et al)
3 decks to draw from (Punch, Defense and movement)
Counters - play like trap cards
Poker mechanics - can check to pass action, set up counters. Numbered cards trump others in combination (each punch in Boxing has a number)

I need someone to program the systems.

I believe unity has a module for CCGs. Anyone with experience and this module would be a benefit.
