Background:
We have an existing web app for our delivery drivers which do the following:
- Driver login. Then, enter Order Number and click 'Show', it will show the order summary via Big Commerce API. Then, click 'Begin Delivery' when starting job, and click 'Delivery Completed' when delivery is done.

- When 'Begin Delivery' button is click, the web app will send a Whatsapp (via Twilio API) notification, and update timestamp to Google Sheet (via Google Drive API). Same for when 'Delivery Completed' button is click

Job Scope:
- Bug Fixing: Currently, the timestamp isn't updated to Google Sheet. We need to have a new database (or to fix the Google Sheet) so  to store the timestamp information
- Feature Enhancement: Create a similar features for 'Self Collection Customers' , such that when customer is at premise to do a self collection, the app will:
#1: Enter a Order Number and show the order summary (list of items)
#2: Show Terms and Conditions
#3: A box for customer to agree the T&C , and a field for customer to sign
#4: Upon submission, collection timestamp is updated to database, and send a notification whatsapp to customer, and update Order Status on Big Commerce.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

Requirements: - need to have a kickoff meeting (via zoom/google meet) to clarify all requirements - familiar and confident with big commerce rest api, twilio whatsapp api, Google Drive api - previous web app is developed in php.
