Developer needed for simple Delivery Job Done Web Interface (Rest Api - Big Commerce, Twilio, Smsbump, Google Sheet Api)

Scope:
The job is to build a simple web application with the below function:
- A login page for Users (Username and Password to login)
- After logging in, the user can input an order number to query the details of the job (through Big Commerce rest api) and show.
- Then, a 'Received by:' and a text box should appear (for user to input the name of receiver). A 'Delivery Completed' button is show too. It should store the information (Receiver Name, User Name, Job Completed Date, Job Completed Time Slot) to store in Google Drive - Sheet (via Google Drive Sheet API)
- Once 'Delivery Completed' button is clicked, it should :
1) Update the Order Status to Completed (via Big Commerce rest api)
2) send a notification message to customer (via twilio whatsapp api or smsbump api) via whatsapp

Requirements:
- need to have a kickoff meeting (via zoom/google meet) to clarify all requirements
- familiar and confident with big commerce rest api, twilio whatsapp api, smsbump api
- prefer to have web app developed in javascript, node.js
- hosted solution
- Timeline: urgent - to build in 7 days
