O projeto consiste em um identificador de placas via OCR, pela câmera do dispositivo, para identificar instantaneamente a situação de um veículo (Regular ou Furtado/Roubado), mediante o acesso à base de dados da rede  SINESP - Sistema Nacional de Informações de Segurança Pública.
O intuito é facilitar a busca a ser realizada por profissionais da segurança publica, com uma interface simples, apenas constando a situação do veículo, com a possibilidade de geração de relatório.
