Cambiar icono de teléfono por icono de whatsapp y agregar link para mensaje automático

Administro una pagina en prestashop, en  la parte superior hoy existe un icono de telefono + el numero fijo, ahora deseo que se cambie por el  icono de whatsapp  con el numero de whatsapp  para que se haga esto:
https://www.xatakandroid.com/comunicacion-y-mensajeria/asi-puedes-compartir-un-numero-de-whatsapp-y-un-mensaje-a-traves-de-un-enlace
La versión móvil se deberá actualizar este link en la parte del final de la pagina ( foter creo que le llaman) ya que en la versión móvil no esta el icono del teléfono si no hasta los datos de contacto de la pagina.
