Campaigning using social media (Instagram,facebook) and using google also

I am a self employed tour guide who advertises his work through my website and tourism portals. I do not use much instagram or facebook although I have accounts with these platforms.
I would like to increase bookings through instagram as in Brazil  is one of the most used tools for travelers to search and book their trips.
I would like hire a freelance which would help me to increase the number of booking during this summer in Scotland. Most of the international visitors who I normally receive bookings are from USA,Canada, Holland, Germany and from India.
The international visitors normally find me through tripadvisor, portals from which customers can find private guiding tours in Scotland and on google search.

I used google adwords before and it helped, but after a while it was just costing, since people were managing to find me more through Portals.
I would like to hire someone who can increase demand for my services, using these channels or others which would bring result.
