Writer needed for a litle guidebook for children helping them to overcome anxiety, fears and
starting grow their emotional intelligence.
I need a book between 70-120 pages,
1)must be b/w and containing helpful advices
2)The book should help the kids understand their feelings and help the parents understand theirs children
3)easy-to-read for kids 7-14
4)with content but not too wordy, keep it simple. Some people complain about how hard for a kid is to focus his attention due to too much content. The book should be easy to read and to finish in order to help them.
5)The author must know what does he writes, quality is the 1st priority.
6)The book will contain several exercises helpful for several situations and problems of everyday like schemes to fill, we can get ideas from similar books.
Content:
Learns: The kids should learn from the book techniques to calm down, deal with anger and making smart decisions
Ideas: The kids with this book should start thinking about those bright ideas like a morning routine,
facing their fears and emotions, see bad things in a more wise way in order to live calmly the day.
Let the kid be understood: this book should also teach kids that they're not alone feeling so, this would increase empathy, integration and self-esteem.
So, this book should integrate with children's routine, a good idea it would be a 7 days plan explaining:
-how to act at home
-how to act at school
-how to act at park
-how to act with parents
and the several situations that could be there.
Each day could end with a personal emotion journal.
