Requerimos un chat en xamarin form
Será baja la condición que uno de los usuarios A este estatus disponible y el otro usuario B tenga un estatus habilitado.
    Una venta muestra el botón al usuario B y al usuario A
Al usuario A o el usuario B le llegara algún tipo de aviso de que el  interlocutor de le desea conversar
     Ya aquí se entabla la conversión que se recomienda se guarde con quizás
    Código usuario1  código usuario 2  fecha y hora  y conversado
Una acción para que cualquiera puede cambiar su estatus y termina la conversación o
La interface del chat mostrara la foto si existe de cada uno de ellos

El código debe estar correctamente documentado
    Se probarán la funcionalidades en Android y Iphone(disponemos la Mac)
