Chrome extension to insert data inside Trello cards

We would like to find a developer with experience creating Chrome extensions to integrate data coming from one of our APIs into Trello cards when they are opened.

The extension will need to detect when a Trello card is opened and use the card information to call our API and include the information returned from our api into the card.

Our api will return a list of users with the time spent working on that specific card in JSON format and we want to be able to see inside the card how much time has been spent on the card for each user.
Here is an example:

The images are not needed. Just the name of the employee and time spent.
