roasform is a growing saas company building a powerful form builder platform that integrates directly with gohighlevel (ghl). We help Ghl users capture leads, track conversions, and optimize their marketing — all from one seamless tool.
📋 the role
we're hiring a client success & technical support specialist — a client-facing role where you'll handle support calls, onboarding, troubleshooting, and help our customers succeed.
📍 Location: Remote (Latin America preferred)
⏰ Hours: Part-time 20 hrs/week, ramping to full-time
💰 Pay: $8–15/hr usd depending on experience
🔧 what you'll do
• jump on calls with customers — onboarding, demos, troubleshooting, check-ins
• investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues reported by users
• guide customers through setup, integrations, and best practices
• be the go-to person customers interact with — friendly, fast, and knowledgeable
✅ you must have
• hands-on experience with gohighlevel (workflows, automations, sub-accounts)
• technical knowledge of webhooks, utm parameters, meta pixel, and zapier/make automations
• real marketing experience — funnels (vsl, schedule-call), paid ads, and you speak the language (split tests, cpa, roas, cpl, ctr)
• excellent english communication — you'll be on video calls with customers regularly
• a problem-solving mindset — comfortable digging into technical issues
⭐ bonus points
• experience with form/survey tools (typeform, jotform, or similar)
• background in saas customer success or technical support
• experience with paid ads platforms (meta ads, google ads)
⚠️ how to apply
