Cloning 2 Selected Pages of an existing Website into a Landing Page + Email Enquiry Page

I need a clone of an existing Home page of this site: https://www.provestor.co.uk/
So my Wordpress site essentially only needs 1 scroll down Landing Page + 1 page allowing the visitor to submit an email request for free consultation

Walking through the HOME page of the model site from top to bottom, i have listed below the features that i want and those i want to omit:

1. Choose a suitable theme that models closely to the website's "home" page only
2. I will edit the text content to make it suitable for the Malaysian context

The 'take a tour' button is not necessary, can be replaced with a 'download free e-book' button, enable download of a free PDF via entering in a valid email
4.  The video must be embedded, which i will provide a youtube link
5.  The accolades / awards ideally to be retained, which i will provide the logos for

We do NOT have an app so that image and the accompanying text on the app can be omitted
7.  The 4 icons will just need to have 4 different sub-texts which i will enter, which can be expanded to show more text if needed, but does not need to lead to separate pages / blogs. Omit 'take the tour' button

Free consultation on tax will remain as it is, 'book a consultation' button links to the 2nd page email enquiry > 2nd Page will be identical to this (but omit the footer newsletter / links to other pages) > https://www.provestor.co.uk/consultation
Also, for this email enquiry page, i would like the user to answer about 10 basic questions (google / ninja form), before submitting for the consultation 
9.  Why choose provestor + image will remain, without the 'read more' page
10. Sections on 'for individuals' and 'for companies' will remain as it is
11.
Omit the join the newsletter section
12. Allow for T&Cs / privacy policy to be embedded later
