Cms templates & components development (with email integration)

I require development of templates and components for Magnolia CMS, for a corporate website, that needs to be completed by the end of March. 

Currently, I'm still in the technical design stages so am unable to provide an accurate number of templates and components that will need to be built, however the high level scope is:
- Development of 6-8 Magnolia CMS templates
- Development of 35-45 Magnolia cms components (including dynamic forms components) and integrating with html already developed
- smtp / api integration for sending of emails (mailchimp api integration is likely but not confirmed; newsletter subscription is likely to be via mailchimp)
- 2-4 schedulers to perform select tasks (eg. Query database and send email)

Technical design document and the HTML for the components will be provided, however I will need assistance with the development of all the individual components within Magnolia CMS and the necessary backend.


Technology stack that you will need to work with will include:
- html, css, javascript (bootstrap and angularjs)  (for integration with html frontend)

- magnolia cms
