What You’ll Do:
- Search for real estate properties in Dallas and surrounding areas, following the criteria provided by our investors.
- Evaluate deals using automated tools to calculate costs, potential margins, rehab types, and the maximum offers you can make.
- Contract properties: You’ll contact property owners and get properties under contract using the strategies we’ll teach you.

Where and When You’ll Work:
- 100% remote work.
- Once the selection process is completed, work will start immediately.
- No dialers or calling tools provided. No subscriptions to external platforms required.
- You can work anywhere and at any time: we care about results!
