I’m looking to develop a simple application for my staffs that can be used offline, and will auto update once it is online (internet). Details as below:

1. Have a product database with product codes, description and pricing etc, so the pricing can be generated on the quotations.

2. Can add Debtors (customer) and Supplier details (contact etc).
3. Create Quotation, Invoices etc Template, Quotation for customers, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices, Credit Notes.
4. Auto remind for outstanding/ overdue invoices, auto email clients for followups etc.
5. Records and save all documents generated and produces the running reference number. Can be tabulated into excel sheet.
6. Records paid invoices etc and table it into excel.
7. Employee trackings (leaves, mc, work bonuses etc)
