We are seeking an experienced web developer to undertake a comprehensive project involving the migration, redesign, and implementation of bilingual functionality (Spanish and English) for our existing educational website. The primary goal is to transfer the website to a new domain, enhance its overall usability and aesthetic design, and introduce multi-language support to cater to a broader audience. The project is not merely a copy of the current site but an upgrade focused on a better user experience and modern design.

The current website includes the following key functionalities:

*  Accounting Services: Offers both basic and premium accounting services for individuals. The premium service includes additional benefits integrated within the website.
*  Online E-commerce: Features an online store for courses and other educational products.
*  Public Course Review Section: A public area where users can review courses they have approved. This list is automatically updated upon course completion.
*  Online Exams and Certification: Exams are administered directly through the website. Upon successful completion, users automatically receive their certificates, their account profiles are updated, and a public list of approved individuals for that course is refreshed.
*  Webinar Enrollment: Sections for users to enroll in webinars, requiring them to complete specific registration forms.

The ideal freelancer will have strong expertise in web development, particularly with WordPress, and a solid understanding of front-end technologies.
