É um plugin para fazer uma calculadora. Preciso de alguém que consiga fazer os cálculos dentro da própria interface do plugin, apenas programa-lo, não deve haver nenhuma programação extra. O cálculo será da seguinte forma:

FRETE+SERVIÇO+TAXA

Frete – conforme tabela que eu mandarei(3 formas de frete com valores diferentes)

Serviço – cobrado por peso
De 1 a 4 libras cobramos                          $2,50
De 4,1 a 10 libras cobramos                  $ 7,50
Acima de 10,1 libras                                  $ 12

+

Taxa -  5% sobre a soma do Serviço + frete
