Convert an Excel Spreadsheet into a database with a front end to view and enter data

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a database and design a front end data entry page and dashboard for my project. Here are the details:

Existing data is entered in an excel spreadsheet. From these 10 items of data the other 34 columns are populated, there are currently 11 work sheets, but do want the ability to add more in the future.
Date being:
- Date - a working date, not every day
- Contract type (IE each current sheet)
- Contract Month
- Value at the opening time
- Highest Value of the Day
- Lowest Value of the Day
- Value at the end of the day
- Highest value in the opening period
- Lowest value in the opening period
- Score for the day (9 possible values from 4 to -4)
- +/0/- rating for the day

Database:
- I am open to suggestions on the type of database to use (SQL, NoSQL, or other).
- The database should be able to handle both inputting new data and updating existing data.

Front Dashboard and data entry:
- The primary function of the data entry page should be to allow users to input new data and view the latest data

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in database design and development.
- Proficiency in front end development and designing user-friendly interfaces.
- Knowledge of data visualization and creating interactive dashboards.
- Ability to suggest and implement the most suitable database solution based on my requirements.
