Quiero saber el presupuesto para crear una página web que funciona como convertidor mp3 en linea.
Quisiera que estuviera disponible en dos idiomas. Español e Ingles.

Proceso de la Página web:
Ingresan link de Youtube -> Hacer click en Convertir Video -> Entregar Video listo para descargar.

Principalmente videos de Youtube a mp3 en calidad alta a 128 kbps.

Necesito un diseño muy simple, pero funcional para que no exista ningún error sobre los videos. Necesito propuestas.
