Se requiere un sistema que permita la coordinación,registro y control de ordenes de servicio de un dpto técnico para registrar los trabajos realizados en diferentes ubicaciones de la ciudad, pudiendo ser ,instalaciones,inspecciones,soporte técnico en el sitio, el objetivo mas importante es poder visualizar todos los trabajos por realizar de una forma ordenada y poder cumplir con los tiempos de respuesta , se requiere poder asignar las ordenes a los técnicos ,re programar las ordenes si no pudieran realizarse,reasignar a otro grupo,también llevar el control de materiales utilizados, debe contar con reportes ,niveles de usuarios ....
