ENTREGABLE:  Flujo de solicitud de crédito implementado.
Esta es la implementación inicial de zoho crm para una compañía pequeña que hoy maneja todo sus procesos de manera manual.  Su fuerza de ventas es pequeña, no más de 20 personas directas.  Adicionalmente las personas involucradas en la revisión y autorización de proceso de crédito son 5 personas.
 

El proceso de solicitud se encuentra modelado en herramienta BPMN
