Cordova 6x em webview android

Olá, eu estou buscando alguem que possa gerar um arquivo jar do cordova, pois o que gerei há algum tempo atrás está um pouco desatualizado.
Tentei segui o tutorial mais atualizado mas não estou conseguindo achar gerar o jar.
A única versão que tenho deste jar é a 4.0
compile files('libs/cordova-4.0.0.jar')

Pois como já disse eu não estou conseguindo gerar o arquivo jar a partira da versão 6 em diante.
