Corrección de problemas en Magento

Acabo de liberar un sitio en Magento 1.9 y tiene una serie de fallas, necesito ayuda para corregirlas, son las siguientes:

1.- Personalización de emails transaccionales.
No envía a cliente ni al admin el email del pedido.
No envía a cliente el email de seguimiento de pedido
Todos loe emails que manda magento hacia el cliente ya que no llega mas que el de registro

2.- Instalación de módulo OneCheckoutPage

3.- Instalación e integración de Mailchimp + corrección de popup de newsletter en homepage
***cuando el usuario se suscribe no aparece nada, necesitamos que aparezca una ventana que diga:
EL usuario se ha suscrito
El usuario ya existe
