Corrigir Integração do Elementor com Activecampaign (Listas não carregam)

Tenho um formulário criado com o Elementor Pro e estou tentando integrá-lo ao Activecampaign usando a chave api e a url da conta. A conexão aparentemente está correta (não mostra erro de autenticação), mas o campo de seleção de lista no Elementor fica carregando infinitamente e não exibe nenhuma lista de contatos disponível no Active Campaign.

Preciso que um especialista me ajude a solucionar esse problema.
