Necesitamos trabajar o realizar una plataforma para manejo de beacons.  Ademas de la ayuda en la programacion necesitariamos soporte, alguna transferencia de conocimiento, etc.  Basicamente es crear el portal para manejar los mensajes hacia beacons y el desarrollo de una app para los beacons.
