Tengo una página web que está en wordpress,tiene un plugin de carrito de compras y quiero agregar inputs en el formulario 'checkout' para pedir otros datos que no están contemplados actualmente.
E-mail y que pueda seleccionar una fecha/hora en un calendario.

Los archivos del checkout tienen extensión PHP. Quiero que los nuevos inputs sean iguales a los originales y que se puedan descargar de la base de datos.
