Se pide generar un mockup en bootstrap que permita redirigirse entre pantallas del propio mockup. Se pide además, de lo que está en los screenshots añadidos:
1) agregar un hamburguer menu  (para simular comportamiento simular a una app)
2) Agregar pantalla: Solicitar tarjeta (Un botón que diga Solicitar Tarjeta)
3) Agregar pantalla: Consultar puntos (Mostrar la tarjeta de la persona con  nombre y numero y la cantidad de puntos)

En cuanto a la pantalla de productos (catalogo) se desea que se diseñe la fila y el contenedor donde irán cargadas las filas.
