Looking for an iOS and Android developer with an eye for UI to produce a quick animation

The UI animation is a particle blow up. You can check it in the attached video starting at 11 seconds mark
Particle animation needs to be “hard-coded” as we don’t want a particle engine included in the app.
We already have all of the other screens and transitions produced.
Animation needs to be high quality and exactly like the video that will be provided

For iOS we need it in Swift and for Android in Java. We will provide all the assets of the animation
