Create Text Model Ai on Microsoft Azure

Our system developed in .net core, allows you to search for a word or more words and through the full text index of sqlserver we located the text searched, the text written in the database was read through the azure conginitive ocr service using ai. (See image 1)

We would like to be able to have an option where the user would indicate a quantity and the system would do the search, today this works but only if the amount searched is equal to the amount that is in the text, we are looking for a solution to be able to search for a quantity, but the system can answer if it found a quantity greater than or equal to the quantity searched (see image 2)

For example, in the database we have the amount 230 m3, I would like to search 200 and find the value 230 for the same being greater than or equal to 200! or is it perhaps a new filter and ai model for that (see image 2)

our goal is to train a.I./OCR to extract blocks of text with quantities and the meaning of the quantity.
