Creative Ai Social Media Content Creator for Construction & Locksmith Companies (Ongoing)

We are looking for a creative and fast content creator for an ongoing remote role. We own two companies in Seattle, WA a general contracting company (remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, ADUs) and a locksmith and door service company. Both companies need a constant flow of fresh content.
You will create all content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta ads. This includes static posts, short videos and Reels, and full AI-generated videos and materials built from scratch using tools like RunwayML, Pika, Udio, or similar. Staying current with new AI content tools is not optional it is part of the job.
You work from a content calendar managed by our marketing lead. You are always working 2–3 weeks ahead never scrambling at the last minute. Raw material (job site photos and footage) is provided by the owner. You turn that into finished, publishable content.
This is not a one-project gig. We need someone reliable who shows up consistently, delivers on schedule, and improves over time. If you are creative, fast, and genuinely excited about AI content tools, this role will keep you busy and growing.
