We are an established eCommerce company with a successful product brand in the US (mushroom grow kits), and we are now launching a new brand focused on Colombia and LATAM.
We are building an in-house team to scale aggressively, and we’re looking for a creative operator who understands how to create ads that convert.
This is NOT a corporate role.
We care about output, speed, and results.

What You’ll Do:
* Create ad concepts, hooks, and scripts
* Build and manage UGC creator pipeline (hire + brief creators)
* Work with video editors to produce ads
* Launch and manage Meta & TikTok campaigns
* Test new creatives weekly and scale what works

Important:
You will be responsible for:
👉 Creative direction
👉 UGC creators (sourcing + management)
👉 Improving ad performance through better creatives
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong understanding of TikTok / Meta ads
* Ability to generate ideas quickly (not just theory)
* Experience with UGC-style creatives
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Spanish required, English preferred

Compensation:
* $2,000 – $3,000 USD / month (based on experience)
