Magazine Design

I am looking for someone to help me with a design and layout of brand new online magazine. This is a super low budget project here in Ecuador with big plans and I am looking for someone who will come on board in its infancy and be part of a crucial team who will help it grow countrywide. This is a magazine that has never been done before in a market that is only just beginning to really expand in Ecuador so it has great potential and a great job opportunity for the right person.

It would possibly suit someone who is new in the industry/getting back into it/is not in a full time design job but wants a professional challenge.

I am keen to concentrate on editorial and the brand development and work with someone who wants to help brand and design a budding project that has huge positive intentions flourish into something that not only becomes countrywide but has potential to spread across all of Latin America.

Web skills is a huge bonus and this needs online presence too but will be minimal in the beginning until the team is able to grow. At this point I would look at this role expanding to give more responsibility as well as salary.

Seeking Creative Services Manager with great project management skills and great persistence. This is an ongoing position that starts out part time and move toward a full time roll within a stable organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in graphic design and creative customization for web and printed materials, using InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator
- Seeing things through from the start to the finish of simple, recurring monthly creation/customization projects for our members. Ability to deliver great results with a minimum of supervision.
- Corresponding with members to understand customization needs for their marketing materials, including: monthly mailed marketing campaigns, brochures, flyers, pdfs and web assets (banner ads, and occasional websites) culminating in formal approval before going to press.
- Coordinate as needed with internal team and outside vendors for content development & printing.
- Creating detailed work orders for each member or project and efficiently submitting to accounting department.

- Must be dependable and reliable, with a proven track record of always hitting your deadlines.
- We want to work with the right individual on a contract basis. There will be consistent and dependable work. As time progresses, you may be involved in other design and branding projects.
