Problema: O bling erp é todo online e para emitir cf-e sat no estado de sp o sistema precisa ser offline.
Solução: Criar uma interface offline simples que puxe os produtos do bling a cada 1h e disponibilize em uma interface simples para fazer um pedido de venda e impressão do cf-e sat, se a internet estiver funcionando envia o pedido de venda para o bling, se não tiver funcionando espera até a internet voltar e enviar o pedido de venda.

Esse sistema só vai ser usado se não tiver internet.
