Tenho um site em wordpress e preciso que seja criado um plugin com duas fórmulas. Cada uma com seu shortcode para que eu coloque na pagina e onde eu quiser.

A página que quero colocar em meu site é essa. Vou organizar com os textos e etc, mas preciso de cada formulário para o calculo automático para meu visitante. Formulário funcionando exatamente como está nessa página.
