Criar um instalador em Shell  (.sh)
Este instalador deve ser executado automaticamente em Linux (Centos 7)  em um servidor dedicado .
O inicio do instalador informar o dominio para o setup e depoi sauto instalar e configurar até o final o SMTP.
Deve liberar as portas de envio e autenticação para fora.
O desenvolvedor pode definir o servidor smtp  ( ex:  postifx ).
Criar um Shell ou php  para criar e apagar contas do SMTP.
Rotacionar os IPs alocado no servidor, esta rotação ser programa pelo cronjob de tempo em tempo (ex: a cada 1 minuto trocar para o próximo IP)
