ABSTRACT

The "Internet+" era has witnessed the profound integration of the Internet with various industries, and the fifth generation of technology plays a crucial role in facilitating the convergence of Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices, cloud computing, blockchain, and other domains. However, this integration poses challenges for IoTs, especially in terms of authentication, communication confidentiality, and the management of complex certificates and keys. To address these challenges effectively, this project proposes a novel Certificateless Elliptic Curve Aggregate Signcryption (cl-ecasc) scheme specifically designed for iots.

The cl-ecasc scheme offers numerous advantages, including improved authentication efficiency, enhanced data confidentiality, and the elimination of key escrow issues. By leveraging the hardness of discrete logarithm and computational Diffie-Hellman problems on elliptic curves, the cl-ecasc scheme achieves both ind-cca2 security (indistinguishability under adaptive chosen-ciphertext attacks) and uf-cma security (existentially unforgeable under adaptive chosen-message attacks).

Notably, the cl-ecasc scheme exhibits superior computation efficiency and reduced communication costs compared to existing solutions, making it highly suitable for securely transmitting information in the diverse environments mentioned earlier. This project aims to deploy the cl-ecasc scheme in real-world iot applications to demonstrate its effectiveness in ensuring the security and privacy of data communication.

The successful implementation of the cl-ecasc scheme in various iot scenarios will pave the way for seamless and secure integration of iots with other internet+ technologies. This project ultimately aims to bolster the trust and confidence in IoT-based systems and foster their widespread adoption across different sectors, contributing to the advancement of the "Internet+" paradigm.
