Data driven Report

I am looking for someone who can do deep research on the following:

1- Which public or private companies in the USA and/Canada use advanced e-procurement softwares.

2- infographic : comparing any country (must have  Canada and U.S. ) Currently using successful e-procurement. . Represent and document in USD$ invested for the automateion with new software technology, better known as  e-procurement.

3-  infographic  historical comparing those same chosen countries  above,  showing estimate cost reduction expected by implementation of new technology of e-procurement ( briefly explain which areas of the procurement improve in cost reduction by the implementation of the automatization of their procurement.



The report must contain relevant data no older than 2017 and projections are a must, good readability and real data driven with links to the data and information used for writing the report.
