Necesito un plugin que me desarrollen el cual sincronize mis post de wordpress en grupos de facebook el cual tome en cuenta que mis posts tienen custom fields (metadatos) que jalan de una api externa y necesito que estos datos tambien los jale personalizadamente al post en los grupos
