Preciso de um sistema que conecte à API da Betfair Exchange e colete dados ao vivo dos mercados de gols (Over/Under).
O sistema deve:

Listar todos os jogos ao vivo no momento

Pegar as odds minuto a minuto

Calcular quantos ticks por minuto as odds se movimentaram

Calcular quanto % já foi "pago" daquele mercado

Exibir os dados em um painel simples (dashboard)
